My mirror is damaged!

 

During the preparation of your product, we leave a fine plastic film on your product to protect it.

This protective film needs to be removed. Once removed, the mirror’s image be sharper.

 


 

I have only received part of my sticker!

 

When you order a sticker consisting of several parts, they are all produced on a single roll.

We would suggest you try unrolling your sticker fully to check if the missing parts are not hidden somewhere.

After checking, if you find there are still parts missing, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, and follow the necessary procedure.

 


 

Details are missing on my sticker!

 

It may arise that, during the manufacture, details are missing on our sticker without our knowledge.

Should this be the case, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, and follow the necessary procedure.

 


 

My sticker is not the right colour!

If you think you have not received the right colour sticker, we’d advise you to first check the purchasing order to make sure no error was made when placing the order. After having checked, if there has been a mistake, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, following the necessary procedure.

 


 

My sticker is not the right size!

 

If you ordered a sticker kit, please note that the sizes indicated correspond to the size of the whole board and not to the size of individual elements in the kit.

For other cases, after verifying please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, and follow the necessary procedure.

 


 

An item is missing!

 

When you order two stickers with the same colour, they can often be found on the same roll.

We would suggest you try unrolling your roll fully to check if the missing sticker is not hidden somewhere.

If you have ordered several different stickers, we’d advise you to open your parcel thoroughly and to unroll all the items, checking all the parcel’s contents.

Small objects can sometimes be left at the bottom of the parcel, please take care to have a good look.

If you still cannot find your item after having checked thoroughly, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, and follow the necessary procedure.

 


 

My products are damaged!

 

If your parcel is intact or shows little signs of damage, but its contents are damaged, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, and follow the necessary procedure.

 


 

My triptych paintings do not have any sticky pads on the back!

 

For all our paintings consisting of several parts, we do not put sticky pads on the back because there is more than one way to mount them- it’s up to you!

However on our site, we do sell doubled-sided adhesive that allows you mount your pictures or mirrors easily.

 


 

My sticker does not have the background that I asked for!

 

The stickers do not include a background.

On your wall, you willonly see the design. It is the surface/wall itself that forms the background.

Our site allows you to simulate a background to give you an idea of what your sticker will look like later.

 

 


 

Why does my sticker come with a transparent film!

 

This is a transfer that enables you to mount your sticker on the wall more easily—it should of course be removed once the sticker is fixed into position, leaving only your sticker on the chosen surface. (See our sticker mounting instructions)
